KinderSites Legal Information
Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how KinderSites uses them and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
Effective date: 1 September 2024
Last updated: 6 October 2026
KinderSites is operated by Turbo Promotion Co., Ltd., located at 71/18 Moo 3, Kamala, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. This Cookie Policy applies to the website kindersites.com.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. Cookies can help a website function correctly, remember your preferences, improve security and understand how the website is used.
Some cookies are stored only while your browser remains open. These are commonly called session cookies. Other cookies may remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. These are commonly called persistent cookies.
Similar technologies, such as local storage, tags or pixels, may sometimes perform related functions. References to “cookies” in this policy include similar technologies where applicable.
2. How KinderSites Uses Cookies
KinderSites currently uses cookies and related technologies primarily to:
- Provide essential website functionality
- Protect the website and forms from misuse
- Remember your cookie and privacy choices
- Maintain secure administrative sessions
- Support reliable website performance
- Understand website visits and interactions through Google Analytics, subject to the configured consent controls
We use the SureCookie consent tool to display the cookie banner and manage visitors’ cookie preferences.
3. Current Cookie Status
Google Analytics configured with consent controlsKinderSites has Google Analytics 4 configured to help us understand website traffic and how visitors interact with our pages. Analytics is connected through Google Site Kit, and a Google Analytics tag is present on the website.
Google Consent Mode is enabled in Site Kit. SureCookie manages the cookie banner and visitors’ choices, with the WP Consent API used to communicate those choices to compatible plugins. The banner is configured to apply to visitors worldwide.
Analytics cookie storage is intended to follow the visitor’s consent choice. Google Consent Mode can allow Google tags to send limited consent and measurement signals without analytics cookies when analytics storage consent is denied. Declining analytics cookies therefore does not necessarily prevent every request to Google.
A category appearing in the preference panel does not by itself mean that a service in that category is active. We update this policy when we change the services or consent controls used on the website.
4. Cookie Categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent | Current status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for core website operation, security, administration and remembering privacy choices. | These functions cannot normally be disabled through the cookie banner. | Active where required |
| Functional | Used to provide optional website features or remember additional visitor preferences. | Activated only where used and permitted. | No optional functional service currently identified |
| Analytics | Used to understand website visits, traffic and how visitors interact with pages. | Analytics cookie storage is controlled through the configured consent settings. | Google Analytics 4 configured with consent controls |
| Marketing | Used to measure advertising, follow visitors between services or personalize promotional content. | Consent will be requested before activation where required. | No advertising or remarketing service currently identified |
5. Essential Cookie Functions
| Provider or function | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| SureCookie consent record | Records or manages the visitor’s selected privacy and cookie preferences. | Essential | Consent is currently configured to remain valid for up to 365 days, unless reset or renewed earlier |
| WordPress administration | Supports secure login and administration for authorized website users. | Essential | Session-based or according to the selected login preference |
| Website security and performance | Helps protect the website, deliver pages and maintain reliable operation. | Essential | Session-based or for a limited technical period |
Consent logging is enabled. SureCookie is configured to automatically delete consent logs older than 365 days. This log-retention setting is separate from the lifetime of any individual cookie.
The exact technical names and duration of essential cookies may change when WordPress, SureCookie, the website theme, hosting or security configuration is updated.
6. Cookie Consent and Your Choices
When you first visit KinderSites, the cookie banner allows you to:
- Accept all available cookie categories
- Allow only essential cookies
- Review and change individual preferences
- Decline optional cookies
Essential cookies do not normally require consent because they are necessary for the website to operate or remember your privacy request.
The consent controls are configured to communicate your choices to compatible services. Accepting analytics permits analytics cookie storage; declining analytics is intended to keep that storage denied. As explained above, Google Consent Mode may still allow limited signals without analytics cookies.
7. Changing or Withdrawing Consent
You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time by using the Cookie Preferences control, where available on the website.
If that control is not visible, you can also delete stored cookies through your browser and revisit KinderSites. The cookie banner should then allow you to make a new selection.
Withdrawing consent does not make previous processing unlawful. Your updated choice applies to future use of optional cookie storage where the consent control can be applied. It does not automatically delete cookies already stored on your device; you can remove those through your browser settings.
8. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
Most web browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies. These controls are normally available in the browser’s privacy, security or site-data settings.
You may be able to:
- Delete existing cookies
- Block all cookies
- Block third-party cookies
- Allow cookies only for selected websites
- Delete cookies automatically when the browser closes
Blocking all cookies may affect essential website functions, saved preferences or administrative login features.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
Google provides the Analytics service configured on KinderSites. Google may receive technical, consent and measurement information when its tags run, depending on the consent state and tag configuration. Information may be processed outside your country. For more information, review the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses cookies.
KinderSites may link to external services such as Stripe, WhatsApp, Facebook or other third-party websites. When you follow an external link, that provider may use its own cookies according to its own policy.
For example, when you continue to Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for payment processing, security and fraud prevention. Those cookies are controlled by Stripe rather than KinderSites.
You can review the Stripe Privacy Policy for more information.
We encourage you to review the cookie and privacy policies of external services before providing personal information.
10. Personal Information
Some cookie information, such as an Internet Protocol address, device identifier or consent record, may be considered personal information under applicable privacy laws.
Information collected through cookies and related technologies is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, cookie categories, consent tool, service providers or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date. Where required, we may ask visitors to review their choices again after a material change.
