Effective date: 1 September 2026

KinderSites is operated by Turbo Promotion Co., Ltd., located at 71/18 Moo 3, Kamala, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. In these Terms, “KinderSites”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Turbo Promotion Co., Ltd. in connection with the KinderSites website and services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing kindersites.com, submitting an order, purchasing a service or asking us to begin work, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you purchase on behalf of a school, company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to enter into the agreement on that organization’s behalf.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use our paid services.

2. Business Service

KinderSites provides a ready-built website system for owners and directors of privately owned preschools, kindergartens, nurseries and independent early-years centres that fit the same school profile.

Our website system is developed from practical kindergarten experience. It does not constitute educational, legal, financial or regulatory advice.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their school, website content and business activities comply with the laws, licensing requirements and advertising rules that apply in their country or location.

4. Orders and Formation of the Agreement

An order is submitted when the customer completes the applicable checkout or accepts a written quotation and makes the required payment.

We may contact the customer after purchase to confirm the project requirements, website destination, school information and delivery process.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • The order contains incorrect or incomplete information
  • The requested work falls outside the KinderSites service
  • The supplied material appears unlawful or unauthorized
  • We cannot reasonably deliver the requested service
  • A payment is reversed, declined or suspected of fraud

If we cancel an order before starting work, amounts paid for undelivered services will be refunded.

5. Payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless another currency is expressly stated.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may apply its own terms, verification requirements and privacy practices. KinderSites does not directly store complete payment-card details.

The website system and any selected Complete School Setup are paid together as one-time items. If Monthly School Content Support is selected, it requires a separate Stripe checkout for the recurring US$119 monthly subscription. Paying for the one-time items does not complete the separate subscription payment. No monthly subscription is required to purchase the website system.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that billing information is accurate and that the payment method is authorized.

Any applicable tax, currency-conversion charge or payment provider fee will be handled as shown during checkout or as required by applicable law.

6. Customer Information and Materials

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and usable information required for the project, including relevant text, photographs, branding, contact details, curriculum information, admissions information and fees.

The customer confirms that it owns or has permission to use and provide all supplied materials, including:

  • Logos and trademarks
  • Photographs and videos
  • Written content
  • Parent testimonials
  • Staff information
  • Images or information relating to children
  • Third-party designs and intellectual property

The customer is responsible for obtaining all permissions, releases and consents required to publish its material, particularly photographs or personal information involving children, parents or staff.

We may refuse to publish material that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Delivery Time

Once we have received payment and all required content, branding and access information, we typically aim to prepare, test and hand over the website within approximately 14 days.

This is an estimated delivery period and not a guaranteed deadline unless a specific delivery date has been agreed in writing.

The delivery period may change if:

  • The customer supplies information late or in stages
  • Information is incomplete or requires clarification
  • The customer requests additional work or changes
  • Third-party hosting, domain or technical services cause delays
  • Events outside our reasonable control affect delivery

8. Review, Corrections and Additional Work

Before handover, the customer must review the prepared website and notify us of factual errors, missing supplied information or problems with the agreed setup.

Corrections required because we inserted supplied information incorrectly will be addressed within the agreed initial project scope.

New content, redesigned sections, custom functions, extensive revisions and requests outside the purchased package may require a separate quotation.

After the website has been approved and handed over, additional changes can be requested and quoted separately. No package includes unlimited revisions or unlimited future website work.

9. Hosting, Domains and Third-Party Services

Unless expressly stated in a written quotation, the customer is responsible for the continuing cost, renewal and control of its:

  • Domain name
  • Website hosting
  • Business email
  • Premium plugins, themes or third-party services
  • Social-media accounts
  • Google services and business listings

The customer must keep its domain, hosting and required third-party accounts active. KinderSites is not responsible for interruption or loss caused by an expired domain, unpaid hosting account, third-party outage or customer-controlled account.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and may change, suspend or discontinue their services independently of KinderSites.

10. Website Handover and Customer Responsibilities

Following completion and approval, the website will be handed over or made available through the agreed hosting and administration arrangement.

After handover, the customer is responsible for:

  • Keeping login information secure
  • Controlling access to the website
  • Reviewing and maintaining published information
  • Keeping school fees, contact details and policies accurate
  • Publishing only authorized content
  • Managing hosting, domain and third-party renewals
  • Following applicable privacy and child-protection requirements

Technical maintenance or future website management is not included unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Search Engines and Promotional Results

KinderSites provides a search-friendly website structure and may provide SEO guidance or promotional content where purchased.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular Google or search-engine ranking
  • A specific number of website visitors
  • Admission enquiries or enrolments
  • Approval or continued listing by a search engine
  • Results from Facebook, Google or other platforms
  • That third-party platforms will maintain their current features

Results depend on factors outside our control, including local competition, school reputation, content quality, ongoing activity and changes made by search engines and social platforms.

12. Intellectual Property

Customer materials

The customer retains ownership of the original logos, photographs, text and other materials it supplies.

The customer grants KinderSites permission to use, reproduce, resize, edit and insert those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased services.

KinderSites materials

KinderSites retains ownership of its underlying methods, reusable components, design systems, code, know-how, processes and materials developed independently of a specific customer’s original content.

Following full payment, the customer may use and operate the completed website for its own school or business. The customer may not resell, duplicate or distribute the KinderSites website system as a competing template, website product or commercial service without written permission.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

One-time services

If you want to cancel a one-time service, contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will depend on whether work has started, the amount of work already completed, non-recoverable costs and the requirements of applicable law.

If we cannot deliver a paid service and no reasonable alternative is agreed, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered portion.

Completed, approved or delivered digital work is generally not refundable merely because the customer changes its mind, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Monthly service

The optional monthly service continues until cancelled. A cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally create a partial refund for a billing period that has already started, except where required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next renewal date. Cancellation does not affect separately ordered or already completed work.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate a service where reasonably necessary if:

  • A required payment is not made
  • The customer seriously breaches these Terms
  • The service is used unlawfully or deceptively
  • The customer supplies unauthorized or infringing material
  • The customer threatens the security of our systems or services
  • Continuing the service would expose us to legal or regulatory risk

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the problem and allow an opportunity to correct it before termination.

15. Disclaimer

We will provide the purchased services with reasonable care and skill. However, websites and online services depend on hosting providers, software, networks, search engines and other third parties that are not under our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free or compatible with every future device, browser, plugin or third-party service.

Customers should independently review important legal, licensing, educational, privacy and regulatory content before publishing it.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KinderSites will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, reputation or expected enrolments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchased service will not exceed the amount paid to KinderSites for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy .

By providing personal information, the customer confirms that it is authorized to provide that information for the relevant service.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, network failures, hosting outages, government action, changes to law, cyber incidents, labour disputes, illness or failure of essential third-party services.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and resume the affected service when reasonably possible.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, prices, business practices or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not alter an already accepted one-time order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute relating to KinderSites are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply under another applicable law.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any disagreement through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the applicable order, quotation, package description and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between the customer and KinderSites for the purchased service.

If a signed quotation or written service agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written agreement will control for that service.
